The ERDOS Group Awarded the First Prize of the 24th National Enterprise Management Innovation Achievements

The National Enterprise Management Innovation Conference was held by China Enterprise Confederation on March 29. The Brand Extensive Management by Textile Enterprises to Meet the Differentiated Consumption Demand by the ERDOS Group won the First Prize of the 24th National Enterprise Management Innovation Achievements

The National Enterprise Management Innovation Achievement prize is appraised and elected by an expert panel consisting of China Enterprise Confederation, Ministry of Industry and Information, National Development and Reform Commission and State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council. The Brand Extensive Management by Textile Enterprises to Meet the Differentiated Consumption Demand by the ERDOS Group stood out from more than 550 candidates and elected by the judging panel as the winner of the First Prize of the National Enterprise Management Innovation Achievements.

Shao Ning, the former Associate Director and Deputy Party Secretary of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, Director of the National Enterprise Management Innovation Achievement Appraisal Committee, elaborated the reason of ERDOS Group winning the prize in his speech, referring that Cashmere Group has designed four differentiated brands and built up an operation and management system for the differentiated operation and effective coordination of the four brands to meet the demands of people of all levels. We have established a “Three ups and three downs” product full lifecycle management mechanism centralized on planning, opened up the whole chain from product planning, development execution, production, sales down to the terminal sales, and has successfully transformed ourselves from a single-brand mode to a multi-brand mode with positive affirmations from both consumers and society by carrying out flexible production, delicacy management and differentiated marketing. Among the list of 500 top most valuable brands in China released in 2017, the Group ranked the first of the national textile and clothes industry with the brand value of RMB 8.8066 billion, and topped China’s cashmere textile industry for our product quality, market share, export earnings and sales income with wide recognition from both consumers and society.

Boosting high quality development of the enterprise through management innovation is not only the real requirement of the economic transformation to the enterprises in China, but also the practice of the important judgment “China’s economy has shifted form high-speed growth stage to high-quality development stage” made by our Party in the 19th CPC National Congress.
